Ingredients
750 g | potatoes, waxy |
2 medium | carrots |
3 | onions |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
1 tsp | mild paprika powder |
½ tsp | hot paprika powder |
300 ml | beef stock |
salt and pepper | |
200 g | single cream |
250 g | salami |
1 tsp | marjoram |
Instructions
Wash, peel and quarter the potatoes. Wash, peel and dice the carrots. Finely dice the onions.
In a skillet heat the oil and sauté the onions, press in the garlic. Dust with paprika. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in some of the single cream. Add the diced salami to the hotpot and cook for further 10 minutes.
Chop the marjoram and mix in, together with the remaining single cream. Check seasoning and correct, if necessary. Bring to a short boil again, then serve.
