|300 g||full fat yoghurt|
|200 g||single cream|
Peel the bananas and mash with a fork. Mix well with 5 tablespoons of honey. Purée half of the raspberries. Mix the banana honey mixture with the puréed raspberries, orange zest and juice and the yoghurt.
Whisk the single cream with the remaining honey until stiff, then fold in the fruit mixture. Spoon into dessert bowls and serve garnished with the remaining raspberries and the blueberries.
