Ingredients
12 | fish fillets, (bluegill, haddock, cod..etc) |
3 medium | potatoes, peeled, cubed |
1 medium | onion, choppe |
1 tbsp | butter |
400 ml | vegetable stock |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook potatoes until tender. Sauté onion until soft.Combine sock, potatoes, onions and fish in a pot. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat until fish is cooked. Add butter and stir.
