Quick beef goulash recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | ground beef |
2 medium | onions, finely chopped |
400 ml | beef gravy |
500 g | chopped tomatoes from a can with liquid |
500 ml | water |
60 ml | Worcestershire sauce |
350 g | frozen beans and carrots, thawed |
300 g | egg noodles |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess liquid and drippings.Stir in gravy, tomatoes with liquid, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add frozen vegetables and uncooked egg noodles.
Cover and simmer until vegetables and noodles are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
