These are fall-off-the-bone ribs and simple to make. The secret is low heat (250 degrees F) and time (3 hours). Either in the oven or on the BBQ.
Ready in: 3 hours 20 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 2 pounds baby back ribs, browned
  • Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes Tabasco(R) sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to tatse
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 cups water

Preparation method

Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 3 hours

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
2. Brown the ribs in a heavy skillet.
3. Mix ingredients for sauce in bowl. Pour sauce over browned ribs in large casserole dish, bone-side down.
4. Bake in preheated oven or BBQ uncovered for 3 hours.
