This is a zesty and rich version of a bean salsa. I make this to take to work for potluck carry-ins and it has always been a favorite.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 (15oz) can black beans
- 1 (15oz) can pinto or chili beans
- 1 (15.5oz) can black eyed peas
- 1 (15.25oz) can whole corn (drained)
- 1 (6oz) can sliced black olives
- 1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles (hot or mild)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup fat free Italian dressing
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins1. Place beans and black eyed peas in colander and rinse well.
2. Drain corn and olives.
3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill well.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
