Quick and easy beef casserole with potatoes recipe details
Ingredients
g | minced beef |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
3 large | potatoes, sliced |
2 | carrots, shredded |
100 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
400 ml | beef broth |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Sauté minced beef in a skillet until slightly browned. Add onions and cook until soft. Drain off excess fat and transfer beef and onion to a casserole dish.
Arrange potatoes over ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place shredded carrots over potatoes and pour over beef broth.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake until cheese is melted.
