Quick and Basic Tomato Pasta Sauce recipe

|800 g||tomatoes, fresh or canned|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|1 stick(s)||celery, chopped|
|dried parsley, to taste|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Pour some oil into a large saucepan. Add onion, carrot and celery and sauté in the oil. Add add the tomatoes and cook until soft. Increase the heat and cook for ten minutes. Add some dried parsley and stir in well.
