Quails eggs with chicory recipe details
Ingredients
8 | quails’ eggs |
100 g | walnuts, chopped |
2 tbsp | honey |
1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
4 tbsp | pine nuts |
2 head(s) | chicory |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Cook the eggs in a pot with boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Chill and peel the eggs. Roast the walnuts in the oven for 6-8 minutes until golden-brown.
In a small saucepan bring the honey with the white wine vinegar to a boil, stir and remove the dressing from heat.
Separate chicory leaves and place the leaves on plates. Put the quails’ eggs on top of the leaves. Sprinkle with roasted walnuts, pine nuts and the honey-vinegar-dressing. Enjoy.
