Pumpkin rum mousse recipe details

Instructions
Warm the rum in a small sauce pan. Slowly add in gelatin, stirring constantly until dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside, allow to cool slightly.Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl, add the sugar and beat until thick.
In another second bowl, combine and pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger and mix well.
Combine the rum gelatin and the egg mixtures, stirring well. Gently add in the heavy cream.
Pour into small serving dishes and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, decorate with whipped cream.
