Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups plus 2 Tablespoon flour
1 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
One 16-ounce can of pumpkin
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients: mix well. Spread on greased and floured jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
