Frito Pie Hot Dogs

Chili, cheese and chips on a hot dog. Better have a hardy napkin nearby too. Inspired by the new hot dog at Wrigley Field that made our best new food at the ballpark list.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (1/4 pound) jumbo beef hot dogs
- 1 (15 ounce) can all-meat chili
- 4 large hot dog buns, split
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Fritos(R) corn chips
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 6 mins1. Bring a pot of water to boil over high heat. Add hot dogs and cook for about 6 minutes, or according to package instructions, until hot dogs are heated through. Drain.
2. While hot dogs are boiling, heat chili in a saucepan over medium heat until very hot.
3. Place a hot dog in each bun. Top with hot chili, cheese, and corn chips. Serve.
