Ingredients
Makes: 1 Sundae- 1/2 scoop+ scoop Your Favorite Mashed Taters
- 1 Scoop, Divided BBQ Beans
- 2 Scoops, Divided Pulled Pork ( Home made is Best!)
- 1 scoop, Divided Cole Slaw BBQ Sauce For Drizzling
- Dollop of Sour Cream Garnish
- Jardinere Olive Garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. In clear sundae glass, add a half scoop of mashed taters.
2. carefully layer a half scoop of BBQ beans, then a half scoop of slaw, then half scoop of pulled pork, drizzle with BBQ sauce
3. Repeat layering (trifle style), making a ‘dome’ of mashed taters on top (It’s neater to put the remaining pulled pork under the taters), drizzle with BBQ (I like Carolina and Tang), add a dollop of sour cream, and a jardinere olive as the cherry
