Ingredients
60 g | butter |
4 | cardamom pods |
1 stick(s) | cinnamon |
1 tsp | turmeric |
40 g | raisins |
230 g | rice |
300 ml | water |
Instructions
Heat butter in a pan, stir in the spices and sauté for 1 minute. Add the raisins and rice and stir fry for 3 minutes.Stir in water and bring to the boil, stir occasionally. Lower the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until the rice is cooked.
