Prosecco raspberry dessert sauce recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | raspberries |
3 tbsp | water |
3 tbsp | white sugar |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
100 ml | Prosecco |
Instructions
Combine fresh raspberries with water in a blender and purée until smooth. Strain raspberry puree through a sieve to discard solids. Stir in white sugar and lemon juice until blended. Cover and refrigerate.To serve, add prosecco and stir well. Serve over grilled fruit, ice cream or angel food cake.
