Ingredients

6  figs, quartered
230 ml sour cream
100 g brown sugar
500 g fresh raspberries
mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat broiler.

Arrange raspberries and figs in a broilerproof baking dish.

Stir sour cream until smooth and spoon evenly over fruit. Then sprinkle with brown sugar and place under the broiler. Broil until brown sugar melts, about 4 minutes.

Garnish with mint and serve warm.
