Ingredients
6 | figs, quartered |
230 ml | sour cream |
100 g | brown sugar |
500 g | fresh raspberries |
mint sprigs, for garnish |
Instructions
Preheat broiler.Arrange raspberries and figs in a broilerproof baking dish.
Stir sour cream until smooth and spoon evenly over fruit. Then sprinkle with brown sugar and place under the broiler. Broil until brown sugar melts, about 4 minutes.
Garnish with mint and serve warm.
