1 medium | tomato |
1 | avocado |

Instructions
Peel and devein prawns. Reserve 4 unpeeled prawns for garnish.Finely shred lettuce leaves and divide between 4 serving dishes or glasse. Dice avocado and tomatoes and devide equally on top of the lettuce.
Arrange peeled prawns on top of each salad and drizzle with cocktail sauce.
Decorate each dish with one unpeeled prawn and a slice of lemon. Serve immediately.
