- Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen fruit (any)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (any)
- 2 Tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 cup juice (any)
Mix all in blender. This drink comes out different each time you make it. The first two ingredients are the basis for the drink. Blueberries will turn it purple, mangos will keep it on the yellow/orange side. Top with whipped cream and a fresh mint leaf.
