Poultry Toast with Mushrooms recipe

|60 g||mushrooms, sliced|
|salt and pepper|
|8 slice(s)||bread, toasted|
|2 tsp||parsley, chopped|
|250 g||chicken breast, cooked, leftovers, sliced|
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the flour and cook stirring for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the milk and simmer, stirring constantly, for 2-3 more minutes. Add the mushrooms, parsley and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
In a microwave, heat the chicken breast slices. Butter the bread slices and arrange the meat on the toasts. Cover with the mushroom sauce and serve immediately.
