Potatoes with Mozzarella Cheese recipe

|12 small||potatoes, peeled|
|1||mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 thin slices|
|salt and pepper|
Cook the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender, then drain and allow to cool.
In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the potatoes and cook over low heat, turning often, from all sides for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Divide the potatoes on plates and top each potato with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and serve immediately.
