Ingredients
600 g | potatoes, peeled and quartered |
200 g | cream cheese |
300 g | yoghurt |
1 bunch(es) | chives, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
sugar |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in salted water over medium heat for 15 minutes or until done.In a bowl, mix together the cheese, yoghurt and chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
