Potatoes with Cheese recipe

|150 g||Red Hawk cheese, rind removed, cubed|
|4||potatoes, peeled, cooked, cut in half|
|1 tsp||chives, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Drain. Cut into halves.
Place cheese cubes on the potato halves. Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives.
