Ingredients

4 large	potatoes
	salt and pepper
1	avocado
	lemon juice
1 clove(s)	garlic
100 g	single cream
2	tomatoes

Instructions

Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for approximately 30 minutes or until done.

Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Drizzle with some the lemon juice and add the minced garlic. Purée the avocado, mix in the diced tomatoes and the single cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the potatoes with the avocado dip.
