Potatoes in orange sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | potatoes, peeled and quartered |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
8 tbsp | orange juice |
1 | onion, sliced |
1 tbsp | currants, chopped |
1 | red chili, seeded and sliced |
100 g | chorizo, sliced |
Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the potatoes all around over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Pour in the juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and stew for 10 minutes.Stir in the onions, chilies and currants and stew until the potatoes are done. Add more orange juice if necessary. Add the chorizo and cook until hot. Serve immediately.
