A savory potato pie, built with dill, Parmesan cheese and green onions.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 5 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 50 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and coat a 9-inch pie pan with 1 teaspoon oil.
2. Use a quarter of the potatoes to make a layer on the bottom of the pie pan. Top with 1 teaspoon oil, a little of the salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon cheese, 1/3 of the green onions, and 1 tablespoon chopped dill. Repeat layers.
3. Set another pie pan on top of the potatoes. Bake for about 50 minutes, until potatoes are softened and browned on the bottom.
4. Invert, slice, and serve.
