Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb. Ground Hot Italian Sausage
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 16-oz. can Diced Tomatoes with Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 28-oz. pkg. Potatoes O’Brien
- 1 16-oz. pkg. frozen Peas & Carrots
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 8 hours1. In a skillet brown the ground meats. Remove the meats, leaving the drippings in the skillet, and set aside. Add garlic and onion to skillet and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and mix well. Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
