Potato salad with sour cream recipe details
Ingredients
6 medium | potatoes, boiled in skins |
60 ml | white wine vinegar |
1 tsp | salt |
2 tsp | sugar |
¼ tsp | dry mustard powder |
¼ tsp | fresh ground black pepper |
450 ml | sour cream |
60 g | green onion, sliced |
150 g | cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced |

Instructions
Peel and slice the potatoes while still warm and place them in a mixing bowl.Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper and mix well. Add the sour cream and cucumber and mix again.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss gently but well. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with the parsley.
