Potato rounds recipe details
Ingredients
2 large | baking potatoes |
6 slice(s) | bacon, crsipy cooked, drained, crumbled |
2 | scallions, sliced |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
vegetable oil | |
barbecue sauce |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Cut potatoes into thick slices. Brush on vegetable oil on both sides of potato slices.
Place in baking tray and bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from oven.
In a bowl combine cheese, bacon and scallions. Brush potato slices with barbecue sauce and then sprinkle with cheese mixture.
Return potato slices to oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
