Ingredients
500 g | potatoes, peeled and grated |
1 | egg |
1 tbsp | ground almonds |
2 tbsp | flaked almonds |
2 tbsp | raisins |
1 pinch(es) | of salt |
lard or oil for frying |
Instructions
Carefully mix together potatoes, egg, almonds, raisins and salt.Heat the fat or oil in a pan. Put large tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and fry the pancakes until golden and crispy. Makes approximately 12.
Tastes even nicer when accompanied by stewed apple or plum sauce.
