Ingredients

5  potatoes, peeled, cooked, sliced
1 large onion
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
100 g Cheddar cheese, grated
6 medium eggs
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Fry sliced potatoes, add onion and garlic and fry until nicely browned. Beat together eggs, cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture over potatoes and fry on medium heat. When it looks set on top, place a plate on top of frying pan and flip over. Brown on the other side for a few minutes.
