Potato and nut biscuits recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | potatoes |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
100 g | hazelnuts, chopped |
1 medium | egg yolk |
1 tbsp | potato flour |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Peel, quarter and cook the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and allow to cool.Knead together the mashed potatoes, Parmesan, nuts, egg yolk and potato flour. Season with salt and pepper. Form the dough to a roll, wrap into cling film and allow to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut the roll into slices. Fry the slices in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
Serve with green salad.
