Potato and green onion frittata recipe details

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Heat olive oil over low heat and sauté green onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic and heat for another 30 seconds. Increase the heat and add the potatoes, 1 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping the potatoes regularly until they are well browned.
Combine the remaining salt and pepper, tofu and soy sauce in a blender and process until creamy.
Combine potatoes, onion and tofu mixture in a large oiled pie pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the center is firm.
Cool for 10 minutes after baking and then invert onto a serving plate.
