|250 ml||port wine|
|125 ml||mocha coffee, brewed|
|125 ml||plum juice|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Great with duck.
