Ingredients
250 ml | port wine |
125 ml | mocha coffee, brewed |
125 ml | plum juice |
10 | plums, pitted |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Great with duck.
