Porkchops in sour cream recipe details
Ingredients
6 | pork chops |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 tbsp | butter |
1 | bay leaf |
180 ml | vegetable broth |
240 ml | sour cream |
2 tsp | paprika |
Instructions
Heat butter in saucepan and sauté onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Set aside.Add chops to the pan and cook until browned. Add onions and garlic, bay leaf and broth.
Cover and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
Remove chops from pan and continue to cook pan juices over high heat until reduced to half. Add sour cream and paprika. Stir and continue to cook until heated through. Serve cream sauce over pork chops.
