Ingredients

1 kg pork shoulder
1 bunch(es) parsley, chopped
½ bunch(es) oregano
½ bunch(es) basil leaves. chopped
1 bunch(es) chives, chopped
50 g soft butter
salt and pepper
paprika powder
oil
dried chili flakes

Instructions

Cut 5-6 2cm deep slits into the back of the meat. Mix all the chopped herbs with the soft butter and season well with salt. pepper, paprika powder and chili flakes. Rub the mixture into the slits of the roast. Brush the roast with oil and roast in the oven at 180°C for 2 – 2 ½ hours.

Take out of the oven and let stand in aluminium foil for 10 minutes before serving.

A simple roast recipe with a lot of taste!
