Ingredients

600 g	pork fillet, cut into 4 medallions
4	oranges, 3 filleted, 1 juiced
2 tbsp	teriyaki sauce
2 clove(s)	garlic, minced
2 tbsp	oil
250 ml	beef stock

Instructions

Mix together the orange juice, teriyaki sauce and garlic.

Fry the pork medallions in oil from both sides for 4 minutes. Pour in the orange and teriyaki sauce and cook for a minute. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.

Add the stock to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the orange fillets and cook over low heat for another minute.

Serve the pork medallions with the fruits and the sauce.
