|600 g||pork fillet, cut into 4 medallions|
|4||oranges, 3 filleted, 1 juiced|
|2 tbsp||teriyaki sauce|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|250 ml||beef stock|
InstructionsMix together the orange juice, teriyaki sauce and garlic.
Fry the pork medallions in oil from both sides for 4 minutes. Pour in the orange and teriyaki sauce and cook for a minute. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.
Add the stock to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the orange fillets and cook over low heat for another minute.
Serve the pork medallions with the fruits and the sauce.
