Pork medalllons in a spicy orange sauce recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | pork fillet, cut into 4 medallions |
4 | oranges, 3 filleted, 1 juiced |
2 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | oil |
250 ml | beef stock |
Instructions
Mix together the orange juice, teriyaki sauce and garlic.Fry the pork medallions in oil from both sides for 4 minutes. Pour in the orange and teriyaki sauce and cook for a minute. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.
Add the stock to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the orange fillets and cook over low heat for another minute.
Serve the pork medallions with the fruits and the sauce.
