Ingredients

700 g pork tenderloins
2 tbsp butter, softened
160 ml white wine
160 ml single cream
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 tbsp capers, drained
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cut tenderloin into six thick slices.

Melt butter in a large skillet and cook pork medallions over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove pork to a warm platter and keep warm.

Add wine to skillet drippings and Bring to a boil. Add cream and garlic. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in capers.

Pour sauce over pork and serve.
