Pork Medallions recipe

|700 g||pork tenderloins|
|2 tbsp||butter, softened|
|160 ml||white wine|
|160 ml||single cream|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||capers, drained|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Cut tenderloin into six thick slices.
Melt butter in a large skillet and cook pork medallions over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove pork to a warm platter and keep warm.
Add wine to skillet drippings and Bring to a boil. Add cream and garlic. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in capers.
Pour sauce over pork and serve.
