Pork medallions recipe details
Ingredients
700 g | pork tenderloins |
2 tbsp | butter, softened |

160 ml | white wine |
160 ml | single cream |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | capers, drained |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cut tenderloin into six thick slices.Melt butter in a large skillet and cook pork medallions over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove pork to a warm platter and keep warm.
Add wine to skillet drippings and Bring to a boil. Add cream and garlic. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in capers.
Pour sauce over pork and serve.
