|100 ml||olive oil|
|20 g||garlic butter or garlic stock|
|120 ml||red wine|
Heat oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add meat and garlic butter or garlic stock. Cover and simmer for 1-2 minute. Uncover and add red wine and dried parsley. Turn meat over, cover, and simmer for further 5-8 minutes.
