Pork in sour cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | pork tenderloins, sliced |
olive oil | |
For the sauce: | |
250 ml | sour cream |
¾ tsp | sage, dried, crushed |
½ tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | flour |
meat drippings |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and brown pork slices. Remove pork from pan and set aside.Combine sour cream and flour in a small bowl. Add salt and sage and then a bit of the meat drippings, stirring constantly. Pour sauce into the pan in the pan and stir just until boiling.
Add pork slices back into the pan and cook until heated through. To serve, pour sauce over pork.
