Pork fillet strips recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | pork fillet, cut into thin strips |
300 ml | cream |
1 medium | apple, cored, quartered and cut into slices |
8 tbsp | fresh tarragon, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste | |
4 tbsp | vegetable oil |
dash(es) | Calvados (optional) |
Instructions
Heat oil in a casserole, add pork strips and fry for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add cream and tarragon and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Now add the apples and the Calvados (optional) and cook for 30 seconds, stirring.Serve with rice and/or potatoes.
