Marinated pork fillet recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pork fillet, cut into 2cm thick medallions |
salt and pepper | |
100 ml | dry white wine |
2 sprig(s) | rosemary, finely chopped |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
5 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Sear the medallions in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden on both sides and cooked. Remove from the pan.Place the meat in a shallow dish, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.
Sauté the garlic briefly in the pan with the remaining drippings. Deglaze with the wine, cook until reduced to half and pour the sauce over the meat. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Variation:
If you like it spicy, add a chopped chili pepper to the garlic.
