Ingredients
4 | pork escalopes |
75 g | breadcrumbs |
150 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 | eggs |
25 g | lard |
40 g | flour |
Instructions
In a deep plate mix together the breadcrumbs and the cheese. In a separate plate whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.Turn the escalopes first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
In a pan heat the lard and fry the escalopes from both sides for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy.
