Ingredients
2 | anchovies, chopped |
25 g | capers, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
50 g | soft butter |
3 tbsp | oil |
4 | pork escalopes |
Instructions
Mix the butter with capers and the anchovies.Halve the escalopes. In a pan heat the oil. Fry the escalopes until golden and cooked. Add the anchovy butter and turn the escalopes several times in the melting butter.
Arrange the escalopes on warmed plates. Drizzle with the anchovy butter and serve with ribbon noodles and vegetables of your choice.
