Ingredients

300 g mushrooms, sliced
2  onions, chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
8 sprig(s) thyme, chopped
4  pork escalopes
salt and black pepper
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp oil
100 ml dry white wine
200 ml beef stock
2 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions

Sprinkle the escalopes with salt, pepper and flour from both sides.

In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the thyme and the garlic. Sauté over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and the wine. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the beef stock and simmer for 5 more minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil. Fry the escalopes from both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Arrange the meat on serving plates and pour over the mushroom sauce.
