Ingredients
300 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
8 sprig(s) | thyme, chopped |
4 | pork escalopes |
salt and black pepper | |
1 tbsp | flour |
3 tbsp | oil |
100 ml | dry white wine |
200 ml | beef stock |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
Instructions
Sprinkle the escalopes with salt, pepper and flour from both sides.In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the thyme and the garlic. Sauté over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and the wine. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the beef stock and simmer for 5 more minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil. Fry the escalopes from both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the meat on serving plates and pour over the mushroom sauce.
