Pork chops with orange and soy sauce glaze recipe details
Ingredients
4 | pork loin chops |
320 g | orange marmalade |
115 ml | chicken stock |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | sesame oil |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry for about 2 minutes each side.In a bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, chicken stock, soy sauce and sesame oil until well combined.
Pour the glaze over the pork chops in the pan and simmer for about 5-6 minutes, depending how cooked through you like the pork. The glaze should be reduced and viscous by now.
Great with noodles or baguette.
