Ingredients
4 | pork chops |
250 ml | white wine |
150 g | red currant jam |
oil | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides and just cooked through., Season with salt and pepper, take out of the pan and keep warm.Add jam and wine to the meat juices in the pan. Bring to a boil and let simmer for some minutes at reduced heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the pork chops drizzled with the sauce.
