Ingredients

6  pork chops
1 large onion, sliced
300 ml apple cider
120 ml white wine
300 ml vegetable broth
cornmeal, if needed

Instructions

Sauté both sides of the chops in a hot skillet until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

Sauté onion in the same skillet and then add apple cider and wine. Add vegetable broth, stir and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered until thickened a little. If needed, add a bit of cornmeal to thicken the gravy.

Add chops back to the gravy and heat through.
