Ingredients
6 | pork chops |
1 large | onion, sliced |
300 ml | apple cider |
120 ml | white wine |
300 ml | vegetable broth |
cornmeal, if needed |
Instructions
Sauté both sides of the chops in a hot skillet until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.Sauté onion in the same skillet and then add apple cider and wine. Add vegetable broth, stir and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered until thickened a little. If needed, add a bit of cornmeal to thicken the gravy.
Add chops back to the gravy and heat through.
