Pork chops in cider and wine recipe details
Ingredients
8 | pork chops |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
1 large | onion, chopped |
300 ml | apple cider |
120 ml | dry white wine |
400 g | rice |
Instructions
Sauté both sides of chops in oil until lightly browned. Add onion and sauté until onions are soft and pork is browned. Add apple cider and wine. Simmer until tender.Cook rice until tender. Serve pork chops over rice.
