Pork chop with curry and paprika recipe details
Ingredients
4 | pork chops |
salt and black pepper | |
1 tsp | curry powder |
1 tsp | paprika powder |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.On a plate, mix the curry powder, paprika powder and the oil until well combined. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then turn the chops in the mixture until well coated. Wrap the chops into ovenproof foil and place into a shallow casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and fresh salad.
