Breading for pork chops. Also, excellent on chicken or cube steak. Fry or bake as usual.
Ready in: 35 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 package dry onion and mushroom soup mix
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation method

Prep: 35 mins

1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Beat eggs and milk together.
3. Moisten pork chops, chicken or cube steak with water.
4. Dredge in dry mixture.
5. Dip in egg mixture.
6. Dredge again in dry mixture.
7. Place on wax paper.
8. Refrigerate 30 minutes prior to frying or baking.
